Our pricing structure is designed to be as simple as possible. If you’d like further details, we have featured them below.
First 15 days free
The first billing cycle begins when your free trial ends. That means the first 15 days are free. The accurate billing cycle is 30 days, which is designed by Shopify. So, the first billing day will be the 45th day after you register.
Up to 60-day trial
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the first billing day, you don't have to pay us anything. If you are billed but are unsatisfied with the performance of Acobot, you may request a refund within 15 days of payment. We will give you a full refund, no questions asked. That means you have 60 days to try Acobot without any risk.
Subscribers
In our pricing structure, subscribers are customers or sales leads with known email addresses who have agreed to receive marketing emails from you.
On the billing day, Acobot will count your subscribers and use the number to calculate the billing amount. As the subscriber number is dynamic, it may slightly vary from what you see on your subscriber list even on the same day.
Shopify: Follow these steps to view your subscribers:
- Log in to your store as an administrator.
- Choose “customers” from the left sidebar.
- Select the “Email subscribers” tab.
The Idea Behind Our Pricing
Comparable solutions on the market today typically start at $99/month. However, we choose to offer Acobot and all of its features for only $9/month. We do this because we want businesses of all sizes to enjoy the benefits of our technology.
We do not charge by feature because Acobot works best when you have enabled all of its features. We don't want you disabling features to save money and consequently, missing out on all that Acobot can do for your business.
When your e-commerce business expands, we hope you’ll pay us a bit more, from $9 to $29, $49 and then $99. These incremental investments allow us to continuously develop new technology, enhance the product, and provide you with better service.
We use monthly billing rather than subscription plans so that you can focus on your business without worrying about upgrading your plan as your business grows.
We bill by subscriber because it is a simple and easy way to measure method that accurately reflects your business size. You will never overpay for your business. Your payment increases only when you get more customers and sales leads.
Some apps charge you for page views. We do not charge by page views because we understand that it fluctuates. We do not want you to overpay every time you drive more traffic to your website.
Q&As
Is a free plan available?
Unfortunately, we don't offer a free plan. We believe a 15-day free trial is sufficient for most businesses to try out Acobot. If you need more time, you can actually try it for free for up to 60 days.
How much will I be billed if I have 500 subscribers? $15 or $29?
You’ll be charged $29. According to our pricing structure, stores with 201 to 1,000 subscribers pay the same amount, $29.
What about the subscribers with invalid email addresses?
For billing purposes, all subscribers are counted, regardless of whether they have a valid or invalid email address. If you have identified an invalid email address and do not want to pay for it, you can remove it from your subscriber list. Acobot will not bill for removed subscribers.
Will my current customers be counted as subscribers?
Your current email subscribers will be imported to Acobot and counted for billing. In addition, your customers who have valid email addresses but do not have email statuses will be imported and tagged as subscribers and counted for billing too.
