Installation

  1. Log in to your Shopify store;
  2. Click Apps and click Visit the Shopify App Store;
  3. Search BrandedEmails;
  4. Click Add app;
  5. Install app;
  6. Arrive Acobot Thank you page with the brief instruction about BrandedEmails;
  7. Read the brief instruction and click Start to preview your email notification templates;
  8. Subscribe the one-time or Yearly plan;
  9. Download the templates;
  10. Update your Shopify email notifications by copying/pasting the codes; 
  11. Done.
Note: If you already registered on acobot.ai with your email address, please follow the instruction to check your inbox for further installation information.

Access BrandedEmails Dashboard

You can always access the dashboard of Brandedemails through your Shopify Store.
  1. Log in to your Shopify store;
  2. Click Apps and click BrandedEmails;
  3. You'll be brought to the dashboard of your website.
  4. You can then preview, update and download the designs for your store.

Preview Your Email Notification Templates

  1. Go to the dashboard of Brandedemails.
  2. Under Email Templates, a list of email notifications displays.
  3. Click on the one you enabled and preview the designs for the template.
Note: Before download and payment, you can update your website theme such as the logo and hero image of your website.
Note: 1 - 5 designs will be available for your website, depending on the images of your Shopify store.
Note: You can apply one design to all Shopify email notification templates, or apply different design to different Shopify email notification templates. 

Update and Download the Design

If the theme of your website is updated, you can get the updated designs as below.
  1. Update the themes of your website, such as the logo and/or images of your slide show;
  2. Click the Update button on the top right;
  3. Choose a pricing plan and make payment (if you already subscribe a yearly plan, you can update and download for unlimited times at no extra cost;)
  4. Click the Download button to get new designs.

Apply the Design to Your Shopify Store

1. After downloading the design files to your local disk, unzip them.  
2. Log in to your Shopify store.
3. Click Settings - Notifications. A list of Shopify email notifications displays.
4. Click on the email notification you'd like to update;
5. On your local disk, go to the folder for the files you downloaded, find the matched liquid file for above email notification and open it with a text editor;
6. Copy all the content of the matched liquid file;
7. Paste it on your Shopify store; 
8. Preview and save.
Note: If there are more than one designs for your Shopify store, you will get multiple series of liquid files in the downloaded zip file for your choice/combination.

Change Your Billing Plan

You can change your billing plan at any time with a click.
  1. Go to the Dashboard of Brandedemails;
  2. Click Billing;
  3. Click Subscribe or Cancel to change your billing plan;
  4. Done.
