Using the right color on your Acobot widget not only ensures that it looks perfect on your web pages, but also enables it to generate more results.
Acobot will analyze your homepage and generate a color palette. You just need to choose a color from the palette with a single click.
For best performance, choose a color that works well with elements of your homepage such as calls-to-action, banners or buttons. Consider white or black (dark gray) if you prefer an elegant style.
If you feel comfortable with HTML/CSS, you may set the widget color by providing a HEX code, regardless of whether or not that color is included in the existing palate.

Acobot displays a floating action button on mobile devices, which allows shoppers to begin interacting with a single tap. The button is placed in the bottom-right corner by default. If you are currently using other floating buttons, you can change the mobile layout for the widget to avoid conflict.
We recommend that you avoid using multiple floating buttons. They can be distracting and damage the overall performance of your website. According to the best practices recommended by Google Material Design, you should only feature one floating action button for mobile devices.
If a floating button is being triggered by an app that overlaps with Acobot in terms of functionality, such as Loyalty Program, replace it with Acobot to obtain clean web pages and better performance. If you use a live chat feature for your store, consider integrating it with the Acobot action bar.
By default, Acobot displays the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of desktop screens. If you prefer, you may change its position.
In addition to the layout, you may also choose one from the following bubble styles to better match the style of your web pages for desktop.
Acobot works with both mobile and desktop by default. If you prefer, you may choose to display the widget on only one of these devices. However, we do not recommend you do so. Disabling Acobot for either device type would decrease the results you may receive.
